Facility info

Appointments often meaningless — Priority list system trumps scheduled times; dispatch must get you on list beforehand or expect long waits Check in at guard shack first — Have info ready; receiving is by the door Unloading typically 30 min–1 hour — Some reports of 3-hour delays or multi-hour waits; CapStone lumpers cited as inconsistent (missed calls, selective service) Overnight parking available — Multiple buildings/locations; some have clean lots, others report trash issues Indoor restrooms — Driver lounge at some locations Staff hit or miss — Many report friendly, respectful guard and receiving staff; some complaints about rude checkpoint personnel and disrespectful gate staff Easy backing and staging — Ample space noted across reviews; well-organized facility layout
