Facility info
Appointment strictly required — don't show up early expecting service. They load by appointment only, period. Wait times all over the map — ranges from 35 minutes to 6+ hours. Some drivers get doors immediately, others sit for hours after their appointment time. Consistency is not their strength. Trailer sweep required before loading — brooms and shovels provided. High visibility vest or clothing mandatory to get served. Overnight parking available — lot has plenty of space. Bathrooms/facilities — portable washroom on site, driver lounge with AC and vending machine. Staff attitude inconsistent — shipping office lady ranges from "super nice" to "rude and cusses." Generally described as nice people, but communication is a problem. Main office phone frequently unanswered, emails ignored. Check-in at north end off service road — note correct address is Valley Industrial Boulevard North, not South. Hours: 7:30 AM to midnight Monday–Friday — closed weekends/nights. Load weight typically heavy — expect full trailers. Communication failures — major complaint across multiple reviews. Appointment times not honored, brokers booking incorrect times, staff doesn't explain protocols upfront.
Driver reviews
Easy docks to back into, parking available, food grade glass containers. Loaded me early.
I love coming to this place the staff at the office are always friendly and welcoming, especially the lady at the window when you check in, enough room for making maneuvers and the loading usually take 30 min to 40.
The business operations here—specifically the truck receiving process—are completely disorganized. As a result, the warehouse is plagued by chaos and painfully slow service. Warehouse management urgently needs to overhaul its operational procedures!
No bad experience quick loading by appointment overnight parking allowed
