  I wish I could give a 0. Working with this company was a complete horror show. The primary person they had communicating with me was extremely difficult to work with which was exacerbated by the limited scope of work they are allowed by contract with Lowe’s. Shame on Lowe’s for an awful experience from start to finish.<br><br>After happening upon two issues that completely stopped work (one understandable to other should have been easily worked out) and would require us to hire an outside contractor we decided to discontinue mid project and find someone who would be willing to do the project start to finish with more professionalism and reasonable expectations of communication.<br><br>I suppose if you have a perfect subfloor, they can probably manage to lay down some vinyl for you with no issue.
