My appointments were at 730 am. and I was here 7am but staff came 7:30 , thay gave the dock at 8am but But my unloading started at exactly 11 am while my pick up appointment somewhere else was at 11 am we had to cancel it and we were fined $400 and they started unloading at 11 am. And after starting the unloading at 11 am they are now doing a new drama of counting everything one by one you should do it in advance why did you give an appointment at 7 am if you don't have time then don't give an appointment at 7:30 am and you went to 11 am waste of time waste of the day discussting.
