Lady in the office is the best
Friendly staff. 2 stars instead of 1 is actually because of the fast UNLOADING. HOWEVER ONLY THING FAST WAS UNLOADING. showed up at 0500 for 0600 appt. Turned away until 0545 nobody from receiving shows up until then in morning. Not a problem that's on me. Took a little bit to get checked in. Went down to Circle K parked. Came back. Had dock door immediately DOOR 8 WILL CAUSE YOU PROBLEMS IF YOU SONT GO TURN AROUND AND BLIND SIDE. docked at 0557 unloaded at 0632 it is now 0746 and STILL WAITING just to receive the text for the lumper fee from CAPSTONE. THEN WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR CVS to text you they received the lumper fee paid confirmation and release your paperwork. Literally was the only truck here only 2 more have arrived since. Should not be this slow. The blatant disrespect for drivers time at some places is just astounding to me. Our clock starts and doesn't stop and these places know this.
On 2/20/26 I contacted Caremark to have my medication pre-authorized. As I was can only get get 3 months without authorization for more. Every year it the same thing. I was told by the CSR that pre-authorization was not needed this year. I asked her if she was sure and she said she checked every month for the rest of the year and it was OK. Sure enough, when April refill is processed I have to pay for the prescription since there is no guarantee as to when it will be approved. I believe this company does everything it can to make processes more difficult to save money at their custom expense.
