Operations Appointments exist but enforcement is inconsistent — some loads not prepped despite confirmed appointment times Live load operation Check-in typically quick, but door assignment can take hours Wait times highly variable: 30 minutes to 12+ hours reported; generally slower on weekends and when limited doors operational Often operates with only 1–2 loading doors open despite multiple trucks waiting Safety requirement: watch for 8-foot gutter on left turn through gates during entry Facility Experience No overnight truck parking on-site; nearby truck stop available down the road Parking lot available for early arrivals Bathrooms available and reported clean Staff consistently described as friendly, polite, and professional Facility itself clean and well-maintained Gates close after hours Location somewhat tricky to find — GPS may direct you toward railway crossing; actual entrance is left turn through gates, not U-turn Navigation Note Rear docks difficult to access; restacking may be required Front docks also available as alternative Inconsistency Warning Performance varies dramatically by day and time; some drivers cleared in under an hour, others delayed 8+ hours for same appointment window Weekend appointments particularly risky
