It was okay but could be faster arive ak 4am appointment at 430am, got a door at 445am done at 8 am.
Loading and unloading can be extremely slow, high lumper fee, very rude yard dogs, no office to go to if you have a question. They will try everything to find defect on the product you deliver. A bird lands on a box you are delivering to this place, for them that is a good reason to mark that box as defective. Good luck and have a never ending day at this place. By the way there small truck stop across the street for about 10 trucks.
Worst place ever. 7.5 hours unloading. Capstone is the lumper so beware. They have me waiting while someone place stickers on pallets that have already been taken off my trailer and counted. What does that have to do with me. You can’t make this up.
Do not come here for produce delivery. I arrived one day early at 7:30pm for my 2:30 AM appointment the next day. They only gave me a dock at 7:30 AM and finished unloading at 11:30 AM. Very slow service and poor scheduling. Be prepared for long waiting times. I only had 6 skids, and they charged a $290 lumper fee
Went well. Park before gate. Walk to guard shack to check in. Follow directions.
