Facility info
OPERATIONS Gates open 1400 for staging; unloading typically starts 1800. Appointment times strict—arrive within 2 hours prior or risk delays/rejection. Check in at gate with safety vest and sealed trailer (padlock acceptable). Drop paperwork in slot at door 67 office, return to truck, wait for phone call. Unload times range 30 minutes to 6+ hours depending on load. Some report being held in dock after green light until paperwork ready. Second exit gate closes midnight; use right exit if leaving before 2300. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Limited/no overnight parking on property. Street parking available along Leone Lane dead-end (back in only—massive potholes, DO NOT attempt turnaround or you'll get stuck/towed). Nearby Lowe's or Pep Boys lot as alternatives (risky/tight). No driver restrooms; porta-johns mentioned once. Food truck on-site (cash only), highly rated, closes ~2200. Staff attitude mixed: some report friendly/professional service; multiple complaints about laziness, rudeness, unprofessional behavior. Yard well-maintained with good maneuvering room at docks; long walk from staging to office (~1100 feet).
Driver reviews
Arrived 1700 Door 1830 Out 1915 Appt 2000 Plenty of room to maneuver in staging and dock. Easy check in/out. Would return.
Over night parking at the empty lot !!!!!
Get Here early!!! This place turns into a circus after dark. They allow trucks in to stage after 14:00. Unloading starts @ 18:00. Check in at the gate, park in staging, write your name and phone number on the bills, put your safety vest on(always when outside of your truck) and walk to Shipping/Receiving by dock door 67. You will see a man door with a drop box, drop your bills in the slot and wait for them to call. Once empty, you drive out the other gate on the opposite side of the facility, not the gate you entered into. Life is hard, it’s even harder when you’re stupid. Don’t be stupid.
This is the distribution center. Not open to the public. As for review from a delivery point of view (truck driver). They are one of the better places to deliver to. They do make you leave the parking lot around 3:00 a.m. but you can go to the I think it's a Lowe's at the around the corner and park there for the rest of the night. Don't really park on the street cuz the cops will bother you. It's 5:00 a.m. To move your truck so traffic can get around
