Check-in & unloading speed mixed. Most loads unload in 30-60 minutes when processing moves smoothly. Some reports of quick turnarounds (under 30 min), others cite 1-2+ hour waits. Facility has multiple warehouses on property — confirm building location (235 vs 239) and exact check-in procedure with broker beforehand. Office located at corner of building near door 37/gravel lot, not at guard shack. Front desk staff attitude inconsistent. Several reports of rude or hostile reception staff. Some drivers report friendly, professional interactions; others describe poor customer service and unprofessional behavior toward early arrivals. Parking. No overnight parking allowed on facility grounds, but large lot available. Park on gravel at back of lot when arriving. Street parking available on Route 95 nearby. 4/21/26. I’m Going to give it 3 stars. Only because of the strict appointment. Do not check in till 3 minutes of appointment. She will tell you to come back.if you are checking in at 235. Come through the gate the building on left is 235. Go all the way down till you hit the gravel lot. Back in there. The check in is on the corner at gravel lot. Not near guard shack. All the way down. No bathrooms and you can stay overnight. Unloading takes about 30 minutes. Huge lot.
That girl at the receiving is not qualify for receive driver she should look for garbages job at the mountain where she will not meet peoples she doe know how to talk to people
The lady at the office was very unprofessional and rude. My broker told me my appointment was at 12 PM, but they had it scheduled for 1 PM. They also refused to unload before the scheduled appointment time
Despite all the negative reviews, this delivery went perfect. Slept there overnight. Delivered at 10am. Was out in an hour. And everyone was friendly.
Truckers do not come for early check in ,worse service ever seen you can just check in 2 minutes early disgusting people
