Facility info

Load/unload times wildly inconsistent — ranges from 10 minutes to 10+ hours. Cotton deliveries especially problematic; paper rolls faster. Dock doors 1-5 reportedly quickest for rolls. Appointment scheduling required for pickups — won't load early, expect 1-2 hour wait even after appointment time. Show up early and you wait longer. Check-in procedure varies by location — two different operations at this address. Cotton goes to back building (SCM); marked with small sign before gate. Follow drive to back, check in on right. Paper/rolls at main facility. Long lines common — especially for unloading. Trucks stack up; can wait 4-8+ hours to get a dock door. No queue order enforcement noted in some reviews. Live load available — some loads quick (10-30 min), others delayed hours. Weight management issue — multiple drivers flagged loads over spec. Facility will adjust if broker approves, but verify on your scales. Overnight parking available — confirmed at both locations. Restrooms at front check-in office — main facility confirmed; unclear for back building. Staff attitude mixed — ranges from very friendly/professional to rude/indifferent. Seems inconsistent by shift/person. Lot space adequate — plenty of room to maneuver, large parking areas. Back building (cotton/SCM) — reportedly faster unloading, arrive around 6 AM, operations start 6:30 AM. Main facility stops receiving at 2 PM — plan accordingly. No detention pay at receiver — confirmed issue.
