Zero overnight parking on-site. Do not park in adjacent lot (will be towed). Nearest truck stop over a mile away. Limited waiting area while docked—most drivers park on street before check-in. Staff friendly overall, but facility becomes chaotic during peak times with trucks stacked at docks. Appointments not enforced—first-come, first-served despite scheduled times. Lumper required ($245 reported for 2 POs). Payment method affects priority (cash faster than check). Check-in early (gate opens around 2 AM for cold storage, 8 AM standard).
