Facility info

Loading/unloading times: Highly inconsistent. Ranges from 30 minutes to 5+ hours. Many reports of 2-3 hour waits despite appointments. Some loads preloaded and ready quickly; others delayed significantly. Appointment scheduling: 8am appointments common. Staff sometimes claim loads aren't ready despite confirmed times, then take additional hours. Checking in early doesn't guarantee faster service. Drop and hook available: Yes. Preloaded trailers sometimes ready. Drop trailers at dirt lot on left side of facility, pick up empty. After-hours pickup option: check black mailboxes for BOLs, find your load, return paperwork to mailbox. Check-in procedures: Standard office check-in. After-hours self-service via mailbox system works efficiently when loads are ready. Staff attitude: Mixed. Some drivers report friendly, helpful personnel. Others describe office staff as rude or difficult to get answers from. Receiving/forklift operators generally well-regarded when present. Facility type: Grain bin manufacturing and shipping operation. Restrooms: Available and reported clean. Overnight parking: Not available or not recommended. Facility doesn't accommodate multi-day stays. Overall operational reality: Speed depends heavily on load readiness and timing. Morning appointments can work well if loads are prepared. Afternoon operations reportedly slower. Don't expect consistent turnaround times.

La caja cargada y sellada ya estaba lista desde las 7 am, entras a shipping para que te den papeles y al fondo dejas la vacía todo cordial bastante práctico, suerte 🍀
