OPERATIONS 24-hour receiver for unloading only Loading by appointment only, 8am-5pm Live load (not drop and hook) Check-in at receiving desk in southern building (coil/flatbed deliveries check-in after parking in designated spots) North side entrance by white fence near Sloan building Wait times highly variable: some in/out under 45 minutes, others 4-9 hours Appointment times frequently not honored; expect significant delays between scheduled time and dock pull-in Load readiness issues common — loads sometimes not ready until next day Tight docks — Conestoga trailers at risk Require trailer bed clear of dunnage before loading Must slide axles all the way back Steel receiving operates during night shift FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking available (lot across street or on-site) Restrooms available at receiving desk Staff attitude inconsistent: shipping/receiving office personnel generally friendly and helpful; warehouse/loading crew frequently reported as rude, aggressive, slow, dismissive of driver time Yard conditions adequate but muddy areas noted on north side 24-hour receiver means around-the-clock unload operations BOTTOM LINE Hit or miss. Some drivers report fast turnarounds under 45 minutes; others waste 6-9 hours. Appointment system unreliable. Loading crew attitude and pace are major complaints. Shipping office staff are the bright spot. Plan for long waits and don't rely on appointment times.

They are very rude and work very slowly. They don't respect other people's time; I've been sitting here waiting for my cargo for four hours now.

I loaded here, my appointment was at 11:30 I arrived 30min late, at 12 this was a Friday and I believe I was one of the last trucks for the day so they put me in the dock right away and started loading me, it took about 3 hours just to get the trailer loaded, being there is a lot of parts and pieces they have to fit on I think they did a good job for the kind of load it is. And it took me 2 hrs to get all the packages and odd ball peaces secured properly and tarp. Downside is these types of loads will always take a long time to put together and fit onto a trailer, so plan ahead and expect to wait.
