Staging area available while waiting. Ample room to maneuver in yard. Text message system notifies drivers of dock assignment and completion. Gate #3 off Wonder World Drive is correct entrance. Don't go over the overpass—use frontage road instead.

Got here at 16:19 for 17:00 appt delivery. It’s 20:37 they said they’re still counting. It’s a palletized food i don’t believe counting is a bottleneck. Don’t come here. Receiving starts at 17:00 no parking here. No parking left around the are by the time they’re done.
Terrible service for drivers. They unload you quickly, but then they take another three hours just to hand over the BOL—it’s ridiculous. Our time is strictly regulated; we just want to get home and rest.
This facility on the day of my appointment was extremely unprofessional. I arrived at 5 PM. My appointment was at 6 PM finished at 10:30 PM. I noticed several other trucks came after me finished within 45 minutes left. I went in around 9 o’clock three hour bar to ask the guy working in the receiving check-in and he informed me I just put the paperwork out and they do it or whatever order they want even security but checking out which was a very good experience because security was cool but they stated they’re sorry in that warehouse and we couldn’t believe how long you’ve been sitting there
5 horas para descargarte, según ellos están contando la mercancía, deberían trabajar de otra manera para no demorar al driver. Aunque falte o sobre mercancía el chofer no puede hacer nada
