  Arrived at 0:500 3-11-26 and pulled up to back into a valid parking spot when guard shack man waved me thru to the shack to tell me to pull ahead of the last parked truck . No other instructions given. Pulled in front of the first truck in the front and parked after translating what he actually meant by the last truck. Got out to ask bldg employees where to check in. Apparently you’re supposed to check in AFTER you park. this is a quarter mile walk one way, and up a slight hill back to your truck. Forgot to grab my license so did it twice. While standing at the window you have to open yourself for service, I waited with no acknowledgement, while the check in man at the shack proceeded to walk out and tell another driver that he had to park in a valid parking spot and walk back. I heard the driver argue that it is a valid parking spot, and continue against shack guy instructions and parked. This was the same spot I was parking in when he motioned me with a light to come thru. Shack man went back inside, and while still standing he went out again to check in a teeter driver. After some more ignoring & other driver waiting behind me, he checked me in w a paper w door & instructions. driver check in very inconvenient. Inside restroom marked out of orde. Ports potties outside. (No thank you) Long waits for someone to check me in at the window. Rude customer service on the check out who didn’t seem to understand what I was saying and jumped to conclusions about paperwork. unload was quick , but I had to wait awhile for a cash code for a lumper payment. gaurd shack out , female shack agent this time. Still poor customer service. My opinion? Poor layout and design planning. Poor employee training when it customer service. Unacceptable attitudes that do not belong in customer service was my observation at this particular time in this day . not at all with the mind who created the design or hiring manager.
