Hours to get loaded. Do arrive at least an hour early to play the check in games. Wrong entrance, wrong building, wrong door, poor signage, BTW back to your truck because we need your trailer license plate number. On and On...
I had a pickup appointment at High Liner Foods USA Inc. Unfortunately, while I was waiting to be loaded, my reefer unit experienced a mechanical issue and stopped working. I had to leave the facility to get it repaired and returned the next morning.<br><br>As soon as I arrived back, the staff promptly started loading my truck. I was impressed by how professional, understanding, and accommodating everyone was. The management team, employees, and especially the forklift operator were all friendly, helpful, and respectful throughout the process.<br><br>Thank you to the entire team for your excellent customer service and support. It was a very positive experience, and I truly appreciate their willingness to help.
