Facility info

Appointments & Scheduling Appointment required. Coming early doesn't guarantee earlier service—expect to wait if you arrive before scheduled time. Some drivers report getting doors as work-ins if facility isn't busy. Office hours 6am-9pm (shipping/receiving). Check-in at Suite 5 or main office first. Load Operations Drop and hook. Loading times highly variable—anywhere from 25 minutes to 3+ hours. Quality of service appears inconsistent shift to shift. Some drivers loaded 3 hours before appointment time; others waited 7+ hours past appointment. Wait Times Unpredictable. Multiple reports of 4-8+ hour waits. Facility occasionally double-books appointments. If arriving early, plan for extended wait. No guarantee of timely movement even with scheduled appointment. Dock & Yard Ample overnight parking available with good maneuvering space. Facility is large—doors numbered (at least up to door 15). Shipping/receiving office in northeast/east-north corner near door 15. Yard conditions generally clean and well-maintained. Roads in good shape. Facility Experience Bathrooms available but reportedly restricted for drivers in some cases. Break room with vending machines and water station. Staff attitude varies significantly by shift and individual. Shipping/receiving office staff frequently praised. Warehouse/loading crews get mixed reviews—some fast and helpful, others described as slow and unprofessional. Multiple reports of serious behavioral issues among staff (substance use on premises, unsafe driving, unprofessional conduct). Staff Issues Multiple credible reports of management and supervisor misconduct, including substance use during work hours, unsafe behavior, favoritism, and hostile treatment of employees and drivers. These concerns span multiple shifts and have allegedly caused high turnover.
