Facility routinely overbooks inbound vs. outbound capacity. No restrooms — none for drivers. Pilot/truck stop 20 minutes away. Tight, cramped yard — difficult backing. Limited overnight parking available (tight slots; $200 ticket if parked outside designated area at nearby rest area). Staff attitude inconsistent — ranges from professional/helpful to rude/dismissive. Morning shift office staff frequently criticized as unprofessional; night shift reportedly more efficient.
