I hope you realize that I had transition glasses and you did not send them back to me after I sent the to your company over a month ago. When I finally get them, you ripped me off by only giving me 400.00 dollars credit when this glasses are 459.00 plus tax. I am doing research about meta and all the glasses, the display, sunglasses and the AI transition. So for the AI is good but a little issue with you screw not tightening on the frames! to a bigger issue of Luxottica ripping me off with less money and wanting me to pay more money for their screws that don’t stay tight. I would have like you guys to fix the screw and send back my glasses versus a 400.00 credit that doesn’t even cover my glasses. Shame on you. And I will continue to send comments until this issue is fixed. 2-21-26 Please fixed this therefore I can leave a good review on all of my platforms. Please make this right.

11159378 Where is my glasses or my money! They have been returned the 8th with no response! You guys told me I had a replacement and now saying it’s out of stock! It should be replaced with the same ones! No one is contacting me! You have my money and my glasses!!! This is rediculous! Everyone ray bans don’t work and sending them back! It took 3 weeks just for a BOX to return! I’m getting the run around with who to contact when you guys have my product and my money! You told me I to select another pair NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME AND SAID THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK WHEN THEY WAS ALREADY ORDERED! YOU GUYS DINT WANT TO COMPENSATE FOR THE FAULTY PRODUCT YOU SOLD NOW DONT WANT TO REPLACE OR CONTACT ME! THIS IS ROBBERY!
