Expect 5–8 hours minimum from dock bump to departure; many reports of 9–10+ hours. Some loads take 6–7 hours to unload alone, plus 1–2 hours waiting for paperwork after. Appointment times not honored. Arriving early doesn't help; doors assigned unpredictably. Check-in at guard shack doesn't count toward detention time—only receiving office check-in does (per their paperwork). Live unload only. Lumper fees are mandatory and often high ($500+), sometimes padded with convenience charges. Staff slow and dismissive about lumper payment process. No overnight parking after certain hours; can park ~3:30 AM onward. Gates open ~6 AM. Must park, walk to guard shack, wait for door call, then walk back for paperwork packet. Single restroom in receiving office (sometimes out of order). Long walk across lot—problematic for drivers with mobility issues. Lot conditions chaotic; yard trucks operating recklessly at high speed. Guard shack and receiving staff frequently rude or indifferent. Inconsistent service—some drivers processed quickly, others delayed despite earlier arrival. Phones often don't work. Facility frequently damages freight but still charges full lumper fees. Load locks sometimes go missing after unload. Some faster turnarounds reported (1.5–2 hours), but heavily inconsistent. Tyson freight may move faster than other accounts.

Worst like every other other truck driver said had 8 AM appointments checked 6:15 got door 9 AM NOW is 11 AM my truck is not even started yet congratulations to the owner and who ever manager or run this facility for paying free money 💵 to employees when I was checking office one guy from capstone came out from the warehouse and stood little driver checking window the lady there and him having some stores and laughing there was a driver waiting to checking but nobody was giving him service what a nasty warehouse and manager and who ever run this facility I personally promise if they change this kind of service I will remove this negative comment thank you

Got here at 9 am for a 10 am apt got to a door at 1015am got a greenlight at about 1130 almost 1 pm and still waiting on them to send text for lumper fee.. if not out in next hour I will miss the 2nd half of the delivery.. 2nd time here apt was at 9am in door at 930 its 145 pm and they still have not started unloading.. they use capstone and because of that and wait times i will NOT be back
This is the worst place I’ve ever been! Absolutely no management, no respect, and no effort from anyone working here. The employees are busy playing on their phones, eating, and joking around while drivers are stuck waiting for hours! It takes 6–7 hours just to get unloaded — totally unacceptable. They don’t care about truckers, and they act like your time means nothing. This place is a complete joke. Avoid it if you can!😡😡😡😡😡😡
