Arrived for unloading @13:00 and was told to park in door 2 then a guy comes out and says you are not scheduled till 19:00¿ We had a window from 07:00-19:00 Park on the street¿ I pulled out of yard and parked facing away from the hot sun and was called to go to door 5 @ 14:10 Red light @ 14:47 sit until 17:20 go inside and simply ask when are they going to start unloading as I am a bit worried about running out of clock and No Where for food or restroom anywhere around this place. Doors opened @ 17:36 Refer shut off by them also and finally movement in trailer around 18:07 Yard jockey is nice guy, Native office Women were nice and the second shift white woman was Rude Condescending and need counseling
1 star only because you can't do 0. I pick up at alot of lineage locations usually with no issue.. I called earlier to check on the load and gave the number I had with no issue got the information.. when I arrived at location and checked in I was told I needed a different number . Makes no sence when I verified the load earlier with the number I had .. got the number from dispatch got checked in .. the lady checking me in was nice the lady in office with her was rude I believe she was the current manager.. very rude unhelpful and unprofessional... once checked in at 4 pm for a 5 pm appointment which is what i was told is ok 1 hr early ,with 1 other truck that arrived after me At the location many open doors many open parking spaces they instead of assigning me a door say there not ready and have me go out an Park on the actual road off there property to wait for a call signs say specifically no parking yet they say park in middle turn lane between yellow lines.. if someone hits my truck when being directed to park here it will be a lawsuit on lineage period .. there is no reason especially when your yard is empty to make trucks go out and park illegally and risk accidents on a public road ... Absolutely the worst location of lineage period i will not accept another load at this location ever..
