Driver reviews
Everyone was awesome. Seems like the issue is the broker. No one is given the correct appointment time so everyone is a work in. On top of that it's heavy and very heavy on the end. My tandems are at 39' center from the kingpin, and that just under 34k. Also make sure you have a load bar and a strap. They require both. Other than that it's a quick load once they can get to you. Very nice guys. Their broker is hurting them.
Very lazy people
First the guard was nice and friendly. The first check in guy at shipping was nice. However moving around to the side where im supposed to be loaded. Been standing here over 40 minutes and only person acknowledged me who was friendly but not the person who i need. He has since disappeared. When I call I got asked my appointment time and than was told oh well you got time. As if I dont have to dock or do anything else which if I dont know where im supposed to be that means when finally someone gets to me, i still have to take even more time to do that. Also I could be in my truck comfortable instead of standing in the warehouse waiting to even get info. Like my time and comfortability dont mean anything. Not to mention im the only truck here so if they were actually doing there job could have been loaded and on my way. Don't come here apparently they only have one person to load. So if you show up when they are on break or have other people, be prepared for a wait. Over an hour by the time I was acknowledged. They do not care about your time. Otherwise why only have one person who can do it? I will not be coming back.
