Early arrivals get put in staging lot with no guarantee of service. Load/unload times 30 min–2 hours once you get a door. Fast operation once rolling, but wait times for door assignment vary widely. High volume facility means queues common during busy periods. Guard shack staff mixed bag. Some drivers report rudeness or attitude; others say gate staff is polite. Receiving office staff consistently described as friendly and professional. Blind side backing required. Docks angled. Staging lot confusing—limited signage for where to park/wait. Facility split: pickup docks on one side, receiving on the other. No overnight parking on property. Rest area on I-75 (north or south) recommended for parking. Nearby TA/Pilot lots often full and congested. Restrooms available inside shipping office. Facility clean. Dry loads, tankers, and produce handled. Seal checked personally before departure. Trailer cleanliness required—sweep interior before arrival. Saturday hours limited (6am–11am, first-come-first-serve; weekday appointments only for guaranteed service). Directions tricky. GPS detours necessary; streets closed. Missing/inadequate signage at entrance and for shipping office location (between docks 10–11).

Apt 14:00 Arrived at 11:01 Long line to the road at Gaurd shack check in . Supposedly there are 3 lanes and one of them are for employees . Too narrow for that . This road to gaurd shack is only big enough for two truck to pass one another coming in and going out. Check in hard shack is on passenger side , you must get out and check in. Was a brokered load & did not have the correct pick up number. Sent all the way around building and property back around the street and up to gaurd shack line for a second time. Trucks parked dverywhere in lot and no clear signage visible where to go . 2nd time at gaurd shack with pick up number , sent away and told not to come back to check in before exact check in time. Drive thru and parked on the road in back of bldg to wait and hour and a half. Back to gaurd shack the 3rd time with a third line of trucks. Backing sucks at this facility due to the mayhem. It’s a slanted blind back I had door 11. Do not come early . Expect chaos and complicated blind backs.
The receptionist at the check-in counter inside the red gate was very friendly to our driver and had excellent service; I give him 5 stars⭐️. However, the security guard was extremely agitated, practically on the verge of a stroke, and had no patience to communicate with the driver. He probably already had a prejudiced look towards us drivers, so I think even one star is too much. Life is tough for everyone these days. Respect your profession and don't treat others with such unfriendly attitude. You represent your company, not yourself. If you're going to act like this, I suggest you quit and go home to rest; it will help your emotions.
