Facility info
Wait times consistently 4–8+ hours after appointment, often 10+ hours total. Appointments mean little. Office staff deeply problematic—described as rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, dismissive of driver time. Major complaint across majority of reviews. Few positive exceptions noted. No overnight parking. No street parking (enforced with $85 tickets). Very limited staging/lot space. Tight backing area with decorative curbs and trees in way. Tight between trucks when lot full. Bathroom available but reports it's inconveniently located. Limited food nearby. Check-in timing inflexible—can't check in early even if arriving ahead of appointment; risk being marked "work-in" if you leave. Loading/unloading speed inconsistent: range 1–2 hours to 7+ hours for same load volume. Understaffed, disorganized. A few recent positive experiences noted with improved staff, but overwhelmingly negative track record dominates.

I got all the PO #s and all but no, they want appointment # starts with 8. And its 6 digits.
I’m with the Dry Van For Pick Up! Check in at 8:35am. Assigned Dock Door right the way. Slide the Tandems back in Dock door . Check Out by 9:20am. People are nice and respectful.👏 So far all went smooth for me! Thanks M&W for Loading me up In/out in short Period.🙏🙏🙌🙌🙌
They want you to park across the street to check in
The white lady with short hair wasted 2hr of my life because she did not want to load me. I have filled out their sign in form, gave her the app #, she glanced over the number and said that the load was shipped in december. Waited for my dispatcher and broker to take a look into this. Two hours later, another lady just gave me a dock number to back into and that was it. So drivers, be aware of a white lady with short haircut and extra weigh, she might brush you off for no reason.
