Nobody wants to be there especially the employees and it really shows. And everything is your fault.
🚛🛑🚫🙅♀️ Drivers Beware – $250+ Late Fee but 7-Hour Waits!!! Then the review: If a driver is just 10 minutes late, Americold charges a $250+ late fee. But when drivers arrive early for their appointment, we are often left waiting 5–7+ hours just to get loaded. If my appointment is at 12 PM, we check in an hour early like required, yet loading frequently doesn’t even start until hours after the appointment time. Truck drivers deal with traffic, reckless drivers, and tight schedules all day, trying to make appointments for loads that already take forever to unload, just so we can make it to the next pickup on time. If drivers are charged $250 for being late, then Americold should also be charged $250 for every hour they keep a truck waiting past its appointment time. Americold corporate: please reconsider the $250 late fee policy. Fairness should go both ways.
