Useless brokerage
You won't find a more stupid brokerage. Herrin, AJ is a rare specimen. They tell him, "Let's do it," "We're ready to go," he says nothing, then agrees and disappears. We call him, text him, and email him—silence. Then this misunderstanding says he called some other phone number and they didn't answer, so he won't give us anything. Simply the height of idiocy.
