Appointment-only facility—strict enforcement. Early arrival (even 30 min) = turned away. Live unload check-in window: 2 hours before appointment only. Drop and hook times highly variable—anywhere from quick turnaround to 5+ hours. Live unload can stretch 8–12+ hours with poor communication. PO number must match paperwork exactly or delivery refused. Have it printed and ready. Check-in line frequently backed up to highway with minimal staff—expect 1–2 hour waits at guard shack. Indoor restrooms available, clean. Overnight parking available down hill by guard shack entrance. Facility has ample maneuvering room but yard often disorganized—trailers/Schneider trucks scattered, tough to find drop spots. Staff attitude inconsistent. Some staff professional and courteous; others rude, dismissive, or unhelpful. Communication from office poor—calls often unanswered. Safety vest required to check in after dropping trailer—guard shack won't mention this upfront.

Worst drop ever. Live unload set for 3 hours container untouched. When I asked what was going on nobody gave a care. Was told to contact dispatch and they will get to me when they have time..2 hours pasted appointment time and still waiting!! Hopefully im out of here with a total of 5 hours. Real bad service here!!!
The Girl on the day time shift @ drivers chek in window has serious attitude problem 😒 she is on the wrong chair
