Receiving hours limited — operations typically 9pm–5:30am only; daytime deliveries rejected or delayed until night shift. Extreme wait times — 8–36+ hours common; facility uses trucks as free cold storage when warehouse full; priority product unloaded first, not by appointment order. --- Overnight parking available — staging area and street parking; adequate space for backing at docks. Porta potties only — two dirty portable toilets; no restrooms, vending, or food access inside facility; bring meals. Staff attitude mixed — security guards range from helpful/respectful to extremely rude and dismissive; receiving office staff unprofessional; no communication when delays occur. --- Unload itself reasonably fast — typically 1–3 hours once at dock; lumper required and charged separately. Paperwork delays significant — 1–4 hours after unloading complete; staff slow processing bills even after lumper paid and green light given.

Americold facilities are usually great but not this one. I got to the staging yard two hours before my appointment. Walk up to guard shack to check in and then got a call two hours later for a door. You're told to park in front of your door, do not break seal. Go to office and check in. Then wait in your truck for someone to come knock and tell you to break seal and open doors. It took 3 hours for someone to come knock. So that makes 5 hours so far. They unload for about an hour and then I wait for the capstone lumper texts. That arrived another hour later and then I was called about my bills. Overall I was there for 8 hours. There are portable toilets around. I'm sure they are fun to use in the freezing cold weather. I am glad I didn't have to try. When you get to the gate they take your gate pass with your in and out times. I'm guessing they don't want to pay detention. So better grab a picture of that. I'd just avoid this place if you can.
2 hours to unload whole trailer, people seems nice, paid lumper fee online and got my bol’s 10 min after. Overnight parking on the street, staging parking before the security guard.
