Facility info
Appointments required — don't show up without one. Late arrivals may get rescheduled. Early arrivals sometimes accommodated, sometimes not. Check-in at door 46 — guard shack often unstaffed, go straight there. Receiving hours 10 PM–1 PM (night shift preferred by some). Process typically 20–45 minutes. Live unload only — wait times vary wildly (20 min to 5+ hours). Half-load refusals reported. Slide tandims to rear, disconnect red line, chock wheels before backing. Tight yard — U-turns difficult with full-size tractors pulling 53-footers. Stay close to drop trailers, go slow. Easy backing once positioned. No overnight parking — rest areas and truck stops 2 miles away (Flying J, Road Ranger, rest area). On-street parking mentioned but questionable. Bathrooms available — restroom access confirmed. Staff hit or miss — many reports of friendly, fast service. Several complaints about rude attitude, especially late night. One report of discriminatory behavior. Warehouse, not retail — confirm you're at correct facility before driving there.
