Facility info
Appointment scheduling strict—expect $300 late fee and "work-in" status if you miss it. Only ~1 appointment per day; some drivers report months-long waits for pickup slots. Wait times wildly inconsistent: ranges from 30 minutes to 6+ hours for door assignment, then another 1–6 hours to load/unload. Staffing appears to be the bottleneck (reviews mention 2–3 people working). Early check-in generally not allowed before 1 hour prior; check in between doors 5 & 6. Yard goat checks seal, temp, trailer number before door assignment. Drop-and-hook available and sometimes ready early; live loads are slower. Overnight parking available in designated area (directly in front of docks); big lot with ample maneuvering room and easy backing. Restrooms clean and available; vending machine on site. Office opens 6 AM; driver lounge mentioned in at least one review. Grassy area for dogs. Staff friendliness inconsistent—ranges from "amazing" to "no clue what they're doing." Better experiences reported during day shifts; nights are skeleton crew or closed until 10 PM.
Driver reviews
Same as every wally world, it's a good place to deliver freight too.
Please get some people who wanna be at work and have a half way positive demeanor. The man and woman you have checking drivers in and out obviously don’t like their jobs and it reflects on us drivers coming in. I do understand people have bad days but two other drivers said they are this way every time they have picked up or dropped loads here. We deal with enough out here on the road and then have to be faced with no acknowledgment that we’re at the window, never looked at, no directions given (we’re just suppose to know where to drop a mt trailer, and what to do once loaded/unloaded) even if you never been to this location before. I mean wow you just feel the bad energy when you approach the window like you’re bothering these people!! Don’t understand why miserable negative people choose jobs where they work with other people. Stay home and leave that negative energy in your own space!!
