Facility info
Navigation GPS unreliable — use Google Maps. From I-665 East at roundabout, take first light turn right to second drive entrance. Don't use first drive. Facility on La Sella Dr and London Groveport Road. Check-In & Scheduling Early check-ins accepted and get door assignments immediately. Check-in available after 7 am. Use intercom but don't block docks — pull to side at doors 89/90. Appointments exist but inconsistently honored. Load/Unload Times Highly variable. Range from 30 minutes to 3+ hours for single pallets. Evening shift significantly slower. Multiple shippers/receivers in same office causes confusion and delays. Some runs produce quick turnarounds; others are notorious time-killers. Facility Conditions Brand new warehouse. Spacious yard, easy maneuvering. Clean restrooms and driver lounge reported. Overnight parking available in front of receiving office. Entrance barrier may restrict access — verify policy. Staff Mixed reputation. Many describe employees as great and polite. Multiple complaints about shipping/receiving staff being unprofessional, rude, and unclear with directions. Day shift generally better than evening shift. Bottom Line Modern facility with potential, but execution is inconsistent. Load times unpredictable. Staff quality varies significantly by shift. Plan for extended wait time as baseline.
Driver reviews
Let's talk!? The location is easy to find… polite employees… is there a toilet available - I don't know! Is there a place to spend the night here, but is it possible? I don't know - there is a barrier at the entrance… more than enough room to maneuver!!! loading speed - quite fast…
Had an appointment at 08:00 did not leave till 10:13 for one pallet with 42 boxes this place is a joke
Came here for a pick up, the lady in the purple was very rude, was in a hurry to leave, didn't care nothing about doing her job , made a whole problem out of nothing, her whole personality just negative, I feel bad for the people that have to work and live with her.
This place is good, you can park overnight right in front of their receiving office and check in with them anytime after 7 am. I checked in and got offloaded in max 30 minutes.
