Extremely slow and unprofessional service!<br><br>I sent all required paperwork 18 hours ago, and my load is STILL not cleared. I'm stuck at the border, losing time and money. Their communication is terrible—no updates, no urgency, nothing! A complete disaster for any carrier who values efficiency. If you need a broker who actually gets things done, look elsewhere!
