Appointment & Check-In Appointments required. Early arrival common but doesn't guarantee early dock assignment. Check-in process slow and inconsistent — wait times for dock assignment range from 30 minutes to 4+ hours. Must park truck on street before checking in at guard shack (do not drive to gate). Fill out gate pass at shack. Call times unpredictable; some get called quickly, others wait hours past appointment. Dock Assignment & Unloading Unloading times highly variable — 45 minutes to 7+ hours reported. Most complaints center on slow lumper service. Manual processes throughout. Some reviewers report unloading within 2-3 hours; others report 5-7 hours for similar load sizes. Lumper crew speed inconsistent. Staff occasionally refuse to unload pallets citing condition issues. Lumper Fees Lumper service mandatory. Fees not disclosed upfront — charged after unloading complete. Reports range $0 to $500+ depending on load. Payment via text link or in-person at lumper shack. Paperwork & Office Receiving office bottleneck. Only one driver allowed inside at a time. Slow processing — 15+ minutes to 1+ hour just for signature. Long lines outside office. Small air-conditioned space forces drivers to wait in direct sunlight. Parking Street parking only before check-in. 2-hour limit posted but reportedly not enforced. Overnight parking available on street. Tight dock spaces — difficult backing maneuvers. Safety & Requirements Safety vest required at all times on property. Wheel chocks mandatory or face $250 fine. Must provide seal number if applicable. Staff & Attitude Guard shack staff: mixed reviews — some very friendly and helpful, others described as rude or unprofessional. Receiving office staff: frequently criticized for slowness, rudeness, or poor attitude. Lumper crew: complaints about rudeness and slow work. Facilities Restrooms available in receiving office — reported clean but sometimes lacking soap/sanitizer. Food truck arrives multiple times daily (6am, 7:30am, 9am). Limited amenities otherwise. Late Fees Late arrival or rescheduling inc

I came to this company to unload a shipment. The guards here are very good; they speak politely and provide clear guidance. However, the Spanish woman in the office who handles the 'lumper fee' has absolutely no manners. She is extremely rude and makes you wait for no reason. She even deliberately holds back the paperwork after the signal has turned green. Don't come here—it is a terrible company. Its reviews are very poor, too. Please, no one should come here🙏

The lady at the lumper fee office was extremely rude and had a very unprofessional attitude. If you don’t like your job, then either leave it or at least treat people with respect. You’re not doing this for free. Drivers spend long hours on the road, driving through the night and dealing with all kinds of difficulties, yet we still come into the receiving office politely, say good morning, and ask how your day is going — because we understand that our frustrations are not someone else’s fault. A little professionalism and basic respect would go a long way.

Rude check-in lady, long time, lumper. Don't forget to put on your vest, necessarily.
