Facility info

OPERATIONS Live load only—expect 3–15 hours depending on day/staffing. Some drops available but rare. Appointment scheduling appears loose; arriving early or late doesn't guarantee priority. Staff may reschedule you without notice. Check-in is quick (paperwork at office), but dock assignment and actual loading can be severely delayed after that. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Street parking only—limited spots, often full. No overnight parking inside facility. Bathrooms available and clean. Vending machines (some overpriced, some free coffee reported). Staff attitude wildly inconsistent: friendly/professional in office; dock crews slow and disengaged. Yard dog (yard jockey) sometimes helpful, sometimes problematic about parking placement. BOTTOM LINE Plan for a full reset. This is one of the slowest cold storages in the region—waits of 8–24+ hours are common, even with on-time appointments. Go here only if your schedule absorbs major delays. Street parking is tight; arrive with flexibility.

The drop it self is not bad. It is more or less behind the TA. But that TA is fairly small and snug. Not sure about the one across the street. So make sure you some hour to find a place to park after if you need to.

It's easy to find it on a dead end street last place on the left... check in it's pretty easy my load was ready... i dropped trailer got paperwork in and out under 30 min. The guy in the office, he's a little lost. That's why I gave a four star... But definitely clean restroom 🚻

Can someone please show some actual respect for the driver's time? We had an appointment for 4:30, yet by 8:30, the truck still hadn't been loaded. I have a delivery scheduled for 8:00 PM tomorrow in Houston—that's an 800-mile drive. How am I supposed to comply with ELD regulations *and* still manage to arrive on time? It wasn't until 9:30 PM that the truck was finally loaded.
