United States Cold Storage - Emery St Bethlehem

Facility info

Appointments: Show up on time or call first before arriving early. Early arrivals sometimes get doors immediately, sometimes face long waits—inconsistent. Live load vs drop/hook: Drop and hook available. Some live load work, but loading/unloading typically starts at appointed time, not before. Check-in: Fast and straightforward. Free coffee in shipping office. Wait times: Highly variable—anywhere from 45 minutes to 13 hours. Most report 2–3 hours once docked. Coming significantly early (5+ hours) doesn't guarantee faster service. Overnight parking: Not available on-site or on adjacent streets. Lots get full; police presence reported. Bathrooms: Clean, available. Staff attitude: Generally friendly and professional. Gate guards and shipping office staff consistently described as nice. Yard conditions: Clean and easy to navigate. Docks easy to back into even for novice drivers. Large facility. Pro tip: Remember exactly where you parked before checking in. Comp numbers starting with 0702 noted as smooth.
