Load times all over the map — some drivers loaded in 30–45 mins, others waited 4+ hours. Expect variability. Early arrivals sometimes accommodated, sometimes not — staff may give you a door immediately or make you wait until appointment time. Call ahead to ask. Live load operation — not drop-and-hook, so plan for dock time. Staff generally friendly and professional — most positive feedback on attitude and helpfulness. Overnight parking available — drivers report being allowed to stay on-site. Spacious yard with room to maneuver — backing into docks described as easy.
