OPERATIONS Appointment scheduling useless—expect first-come, first-served waits regardless of assigned time Check-in requires: truck number & plate, trailer number & plate, CDL; missing info sends you back to truck Scan QR code at guard shack, fill check-in sheet, hand to window; guard may record info incorrectly Door assignment via text only—miss the text and restart entire process Live unload with third-party lumpers (EFS check, Comcheck, or cash only—no other payment methods) Lumpers often refuse overtime or claim shifts ending; inconsistent unload speeds (30 min to 13+ hours for same load size) Paperwork delays extreme—can wait 1+ hours after empty for bills; staff counts every pallet slowly Wait times: 2–36+ hours common for door assignment; 6–13+ hours in dock before/after unload FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking available but often full; don't park in staging area after delivery—will be asked to leave Bathrooms: some blocked/unavailable; vending and food truck on-site (lunchero truck decent) Guard shack staff inconsistent—some helpful, many make errors or distracted; receiving office staff slow and unresponsive Yard/dock lines hand-painted, hard to read; receiving office location confusing (door 129 or 305 depending on section) No respect for driver time; facility operates chaotically with poor internal communication between security, receiving, lumpers, and management Detention fees common due to excessive waits

Had noon appointment showed up at 11. Parked in staging area you need truck/trailer plate number, po and ID. for check in and scanned the code to check in then checked in with guard. Received text for door 305. Got gate pass then went to door. After you back in you have to walk straight through isle 36 to the receiving window. Check in with them then to lumpers at next window. Got amount and gave them a EFS check. 2 hours later received text load was complete and they brought bills out to truck. You can arrive early and park but not after mty. I left right away to next delivery so if they make you leave idk. Guards were really nice here.
My experience was great.arrived 4 hrs late got door right at shake unloaded full trailer in bout hr arrived 1530 gone by 1745 bumper was 370 though...ouch
Only thing is no overnight parking after delivery. 6 am appointment. Checked in at midnight, got door by 1 am. Paperwork in hand at 6:01 am.
How are you going to schedule appointments at 0100 when your lumper service doesnt even come in until 0400? What a bunch of bs. 0100 appointment, got a txt at 0230 with a door. Was unloaded with paperwork 0530. Not to to bad considering. Has staging parking while you waite for a door. Bathrooms and vending machines in both guard shack and receiving receiving office.
