Facility info

Appointment system largely meaningless — arriving early, on-time, or late produces similar wait times; appointments don't guarantee priority Wait times: highly variable and frequently excessive — 2-hour loads possible but 4-12+ hour waits for dock assignment are common; many reports of 5-7 hour minimums FCFS (first-come-first-served) operation — appointment time is more of a reference than a scheduling guarantee Not ELD-friendly — extended waits make HOS compliance difficult Check-in process: guard shack, empty weight at onsite scale, then park in staging area and wait for phone call to assigned dock Scaling: required on entry (empty) and exit (loaded); scale house staff can be inconsistent in demeanor Dock efficiency varies — loading itself typically 30 min to 2 hours once at dock, but getting assigned a dock is the bottleneck Guard shack/security: generally professional and courteous; some exceptions noted Overnight parking available — dirt lot with adequate space; allows 10/34-hour breaks Facilities: driver lounge with vending machines and bathrooms near guard shack; food truck sometimes onsite Staffing appears undersized — facility frequently overwhelmed; multiple reports suggest insufficient loading crew for capacity Safety/facility conditions: dirt parking lot with potholes; confined dock area with heavy truck traffic and close calls reported; professional but sometimes tense atmosphere Operating hours: typically 7am-10pm for shipping/receiving; loads may not process if dropped after ~10pm Dunnage bags: occasionally left in truck Restrictions: no smoking on property, no dog walking allowed Late arrival penalties: arriving after facility closes may result in next-day loading

Make sure you’re ontime for your appointment
I booked a load already passed it’s appointment time and the broker told I’ll get loaded right away when arriving but that’s wasn’t the truth
They hold me until every one done loaded 10:30PM

Does anyone here know who I would need to speak with to start pulling loads out of this location? I previously serviced some of this freight through another company and I’m now operating independently under my own authority with Lovett Supreme Elite Trucking.

I’m trying to get connected with the right broker, transportation manager, or carrier onboarding contact for outbound freight. Any help or direction would be appreciated.

Same as some other drivers. Friendly gate staff. Arrived here at 12:08 pm. Appointment is 1:00 pm. I’ve been here currently over 6 hours. No dock assignment yet. Watching other trucks get here and get a dock without much waiting. Delivery appointment time will not be made as is 879 miles away from here. No telling when a dock will be assigned. More than likely will run out of shift duty sitting here.
