Operations Appointment scheduling exists but often meaningless—expect 4–9+ hour waits despite confirmed appointments Mix of live load and drop-and-hook operations Check-in process quick (5 mins to 30 mins typically), but loading/unloading after check-in is where delays happen Some loads not ready at appointment time despite dispatch confirmation Detention pay often delayed or denied by brokers Facility experience Driver lounge with vending machines and clean restrooms available Overnight parking available Staff friendliness inconsistent—some genuinely helpful and quick, others indifferent to driver wait times Yard backing reported as manageable Loading pace highly variable: 20–45 minutes on good days, 4–9+ hours on bad days Some reports of unprofessional dock behavior (slow pace, lack of urgency) Reality check Facility appears to load/prep product after driver check-in rather than before, causing extended waits Quality of service varies significantly by shift and day of week (some reports of better Saturday service, recent management changes noted) Multiple drivers report being detained 4+ hours despite early arrival Build in significant buffer time—don't book tight connections
