Facility info
OPERATIONS Appointments required and strictly enforced — don't arrive early. Receiving starts at 4pm. Live unload typical; drop-and-hook available. Check-in fast. Unload times consistently 25-40 minutes. Arrive with BOLs ready. FACILITY EXPERIENCE No overnight parking — directed to pay lot. Gated yard, easy dock access. Clean lot, easy backing. Receiving staff consistently friendly and efficient. Gate personnel mixed — mostly professional but at least one documented issue with poor attitude and lack of professionalism. Wayfinding signage inadequate; unclear where to pull or stop. I-85 access easy. CONSISTENCY Fast unloading is the standout. Majority report good experiences. Staff attitude generally positive in receiving/warehouse areas but inconsistent elsewhere on site.
Driver reviews
This place honors the appointment times. The security lady was super polite as well as the guy who unloaded my load. They enjoyed their jobs.
On my experience 20 minutes in line to check in and already two hours at the door still waiting to be unloaded no overnight parking no earlier than 30 minutes before your appointment
It took them a little while to get me loaded
