Facility Experience Brand new warehouse, spacious yard, easy to maneuver. Clean bathrooms and driver lounge with vending machines, microwave, and coffee. No overnight parking. Staff attitude mixed — some drivers report very friendly, professional, polite staff; others cite rude or unwelcoming guard shack personnel on day shift. Generally clean and well-maintained. Navigation GPS may route to truck school or post office by mistake. From I-85 South Exit 21: turn right on Cox Road, right at first light onto Aberdeen, go 2 miles, turn right at Newell sign, first driveway on right to guard shack. Google Maps or Amazon app recommended over standard GPS.
