Sweet spot appears to be 5-15 mins early, but enforcement inconsistent across staff. Load/unload times all over the map. Some drivers report 30-45 minutes total, others 4-6 hours or more. Speed seems dependent on warehouse workload and which staff member handles your load. Office staff highly inconsistent. Some interactions friendly and professional. Multiple complaints about receptionist/office staff being on phone, dismissive, unprofessional, or rude. At least one supervisor documented as hostile. Drop and hook available. Tandems to back, drop trailer, warehouse calls when empty. Street parking overnight possible. But security concern flagged — one driver reported seal broken and cargo theft from overnight street-parked trailer. Use at own risk. No communication on load status. Drivers report not being told when loading is complete, leaving them waiting uncertainly for hours. Check in location: Far right by dock 50-60, end of building. Have your pickup number and ID ready. Over four hours of waiting and poor customer service. The receptionist was rude, and the loading process was extremely slow. Based on my experience, I would not return to pick up loads from this company.
I arrived for delivery and ran into an issue where my appointment did not match the appointment in their company’s system. When I simply asked what I should do, the supervisor, Jason, completely lost his temper and started yelling that I was wasting his time, that I could leave, that he didn’t care, that he was not going to waste his time, and so on. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was only trying to understand what was happening so I could report it to my broker and dispatcher. Very strange employee who seems to hate both people and his job. Be careful.
These guys must be in competition with C&S next door to see who can keep the truck longer at the dock😂😂if your broker doesn't pay detention do not come here, this place is terrible, 4-6 hours if not more, idk why places like this have appointment times when you take half of the day to load someone, would give 0 stars if I can, DONT COME HERE.
Very Slow Working ….You waste a lot of time here. They make you wait for a long time. Then they give you the door. Even after giving the door, you have to wait.
