APPOINTMENTS STRICTLY ENFORCED Appointment-only facility. Do not arrive early — they will turn you away and make you come back at scheduled time. Multiple reports of staff refusing early check-ins. CHECK-IN PROCEDURE Park truck on street (no facility parking). Walk to check-in booth outside gate near Gate No. 3 on Zephyr Street. Bring trailer number, broker name, broker company name, and destination. Get BOL and seal at window after loading. Self-checkout at end of building with same pickup/trailer numbers. LOAD TIMES — HIGHLY INCONSISTENT Range from 20 minutes to 15+ hours. Best case: 30-60 minutes when moving. Worst cases: 8-12 hour waits common. Multiple reports of 5+ hours at dock with no work started. No clear pattern — appears to depend on day/time/staffing. COMMON PROBLEMS Poor load quality — overweight axles reported repeatedly. Loads shipped without airbags/proper wrapping, resulting in damage. Multiple drivers report loads rejected at destination and having to return. Preloaded trailers sometimes arrive with issues requiring rework. WAITING AND CONDITIONS No facility parking. Street parking only — enforcement risk noted. Portapotties only (not acceptable permanent restrooms per drivers). No phone support for status updates. Summers reported as worst time. Bring food, water, patience. Worst shipper ever. There standard of quality has dropped fast. No ethics. Do you see that intercom people from outside usa never answers. And when they answer it with bad attitude and poor customer service. Poor customer service in Great America. Poor system of niagara. No respect for appointment times. No respect for humanity. People waiting here for 12 is inhumane
To bad location my appointment 9 am check in on time still waiting for unloading maybe already 5 hours done still waiting
