Gate code available if called after hours. Operations Live load with appointment required. Typically loaded within 1-1.5 hours. Staff will accommodate early arrivals. Only 3 docks available. One reported incident of refused load with 5-day delay (disputed with facility). Facility Overnight street parking available but limited. Restroom on site. Clean dock areas and yard. Plenty of maneuvering room for big rigs. Flatbed yard setup. Staff Professional, courteous, and patient. Good communication about delays and loading timelines. One negative report about gate personnel attitude and training. Reality Check Most reviews are positive. Navigation is the main pain point on first visit — get detailed directions before arriving. One driver had serious issues with load acceptance; most others smooth experiences.

best communication of any place I've been to, told me at check in before getting a door that loading will likely be delayed and told me what the plan was to get me loaded as quickly as possible. I asked, there is a restroom.
Best place to pick up the load
Kind and friendly staff There's only 3 docks here for loading, and it's inside the flatbed Yard area. plenty of room to maneuver though. I didn't see any restrooms, got a dock right away, they're open at 6. They will take you early. I did not see any overnight parking. Unless you find something in the street.. Come in at the second entrance off of university street on the left for a better set up. And have a blessed day...
