Multiple reports of being forced into presentations or charged fees ($40-$75) to avoid them. Recommendation: book through third-party exchange (RCI) to bypass sales floor. Cleanliness inconsistent — Some guests report spotless, well-maintained rooms; others found dirty units, moldy closets, pet urine smell, and inadequate housekeeping. No daily cleaning on stays under two weeks. Check-in delays — Wait times up to 4+ hours reported, especially during events. Staff may not have rooms ready despite promised early check-in times. Room conditions mixed — Newly renovated units are comfortable; older rooms are dated, dark, lack modern charging outlets, and have thin walls (noise carries between units). Appliances and cabinets showing age in some buildings.
