Fast unloads typical (tire distributor). Some exceptions: 2+ hour waits reported, occasionally slow on paperwork. Drop and hook available for dedicated accounts; early drop-offs (4-5am) sometimes accepted. Staff generally friendly and helpful; facility clean and well-maintained. Shipping/receiving door locked — have to knock for entry. Backing tight for 18-wheelers due to dropped trailers, minimal lighting, no line markings. Poor sight lines. Wait times inconsistent. One driver reported 3.5 hours for paperwork after unload; another waited 2hr 45min to unload half trailer plus 30min for bills. Facility layout: massive, two businesses sharing warehouse, ATD positioned farthest from road.

Worst place to deal. Very unprofessional. Management and especially director of sales in Oklahoma are clueless on running a business or dealing with vendors.
I would give a zero if I could. No trust with them.
Shipping/Receiving door is locked and you have to bang on it to get them to open it. There are two businesses in this warehouse & ATD is farthest from the road. Very few lights and backing is a little tight for 18 wheelers due to dropped trailers makes it hard to back straight. No lines to help.
Yeah what do you need is not a correct way to address someone.if that's the way employees of atd treats the consuming public then I would never purchase from here.
