Facility info
Appointments mean little—expect 3-9 hour waits even with on-time arrival. Some loads start immediately, others never begin despite warehouse being open. Live load operation. Check in via computer screen or with office staff (redundant process). Given dock assignment and wait for load staging. Two buildings on site—shipping in middle of main building. International Parkway entrance preferred; avoid EMD Boulevard (blocked) and first entrance off International Trade Parkway (also blocked as of late 2022). Roundabout routing advised. Overnight parking available. Restrooms inside building. Facility is large with ample maneuvering space for backing. Staff attitude wildly inconsistent. Some drivers report friendly, helpful office staff. Others describe unprofessional, unresponsive crew. Check-in speed varies from quick to 2+ hours wait just to talk to someone. Loading speed: When loads actually move, 20 minutes to 2 hours. But staging loads from automated picking system creates unpredictable delays. Heavy loads are evenly distributed. BOL and paperwork delayed if office closed (opens 7-8am; check-in starts 8am). Some drivers refused to sign without documented time stamps. One dock (381) reportedly more reliable than others. Dock 250 location has particularly bad reputation for delays and attitude. No AT&T coverage inside building.
Driver reviews
That place is an absolute disaster! You can stay over night but dont planon leaving after they close you'll be held until they open again! Make sure you have a entry code to get in and out!
Fast loading service — I was impressed with how quickly everything was handled. The only downside is that the gate at both entry and exit takes a very long time to open, which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, not bad and a decent experience.
Basura , evítalo si puedes
