OPERATIONS Drop and hook facility. Must have empty trailer to pick up loaded one. Tandems must be slid back before arrival — mandatory. Trailers must be swept/clean or rejected. Check-in quick if paperwork in order. Wait times highly variable (15 min to 1.5+ hours) depending on trailer availability and your prep level. No bobtailing allowed. FACILITY EXPERIENCE No overnight parking on-site. Huge facility — trailer location indicators are faded/hard to read; locating your drop or empty can be difficult. Staff quality inconsistent (some describe guards as awesome and efficient; others report rudeness or minimal communication). Some staff reportedly inattentive. Strict security — will be told to leave property if not actively working. Summer heat is significant. Cleanliness issues noted by some. Adequate bathroom access. Off-property parking available nearby. THE REALITY Speed depends entirely on you being prepared: clean trailer, tandems back, paperwork ready = fast. Unprepared = "the waiting game" and lost time.
