OPERATIONS Appointment scheduling: Frequently ignored or changed after arrival. Expect to wait hours even with confirmed appointments. Check in via kiosk at inbound scale—process often takes 20-45 minutes or longer if systems are down. Multiple check-ins required (kiosk, then staff, sometimes repeat). Download BudExpress app to pre-check and save 10-15 minutes. Live load standard. Drop and hook occasionally offered but may be switched to live load without notice. Product frequently not ready at scheduled time—drivers sent back to wait on street then repeat check-in process. Safety requirements: Open trailer doors, slide tandems back, wear safety vest before proceeding. Tight door clearances—ensure all four wheels fit (not just three). Watch for yard debris and safety hazards. Yard operations can be unsafe (equipment moving while backing). Wait times: Consistently 6-24+ hours reported. Inbound gate/check-in alone: 30 minutes to 3+ hours. Dock wait: 3-8+ hours common. Scale out: 1-4 hours. Worst times: weekday afternoons/evenings, weekends with high volume. Early morning (before 7 AM) and Sunday mornings sometimes faster if arriving for early appointments. Loading: Automated robot loaders—slow (2-8 hours typical). Yard jockeys place air locks on trailers. Load rejection for damaged product occurs mid-process. Weight issues frequent: Loads often overweight or underweight. May need axle adjustment/weight redistribution. Rework available but only before BOL is printed. $500 charge for load return. Must have 2 load locks minimum and at least 1/2 tank fuel. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking: Not permitted. Facility closes evenings (stops unloading around 11 PM Friday). Drivers stuck overnight often told to leave and return during business hours. Bathrooms: Driver lounge has restrooms available. Staff attitude: Highly inconsistent. Security/gate personnel generally professional and helpful. Warehouse staff reported as rude, lazy, unprofessional, and dismissive of driver concerns. Some guards refuse to sign/stamp delivery paperwork (required for payment). Limited communication—drivers forgotten in docks for hours. No

Friendly and very helpful ☺️
Had a drop and hook 6/1/26 & it was ready. The reason for three stars is because when you first get there, you have to get on the scale. OK, no problem never been here before. We go in to ask them. What do we do, the guy act like he had an attitude because we didn’t know. That pissed me off. Then he said, drop the trailer in the back come back on the bobtail and get another weight. But didn’t say which scale to go to had to figure that out. Had to wait at that scale because they were busy in the front - Had to go search for the trailer because no one told us where it would be at. So for a dropping hook, it took us over an hour to get in and out. Once you scale out, they make you take a survey on the kiosk on their performance. It sucked. Would I come back yes only because now I know the process and I wouldn’t have to ask them, but it should’ve been smooth the first time around.
If it's raining, standing outside in the elements using their crappy kiosks is not very fun.
