Facility info

Operations Appointment scheduling: Frequently broken. Appointments regularly rescheduled same day or driver turned away at gate. Common to arrive on time and be told facility cannot take more trucks today—come back tomorrow. Expect reschedules even with confirmed appointments. Check-in: Takes 40 minutes to over an hour. Must have truck license plate and trailer number. Park on street first, then check in with security—do not park on facility grounds initially. After check-in, wait for call to proceed to dock. Live load/unload times: Severely understaffed. Unloading takes 5-14 hours. Loading takes 6-12 hours. Some reports of only one person working dock. Wait times of 8-24 hours are common, even with on-time arrival. Checkout: Paperwork processing slow. Security sometimes unavailable after hours. One report of 17-hour wait because security guard wasn't present to issue paperwork. Safety/scale: Inbound and outbound share same scale. Facility frequently overweights trailers (1,000-2,000 lbs over gross). Reports of facility refusing to rework overweight loads or delaying rework for hours. Narrow scale entrance makes access difficult. Facility Experience Overnight parking: None on-site. Street parking only. Denver area has strict no-parking signs but drivers report parking on nearby streets and adjacent warehouse property. Risk of parking tickets. Facility is closed midnight to 6am—drivers told to leave and return in morning. Bathroom: No facilities mentioned in reviews. Staff attitude: Security/gate staff ranges from friendly and professional to rude. One report of staff being dismissive about wait times. Management shows little respect for driver time. Yard conditions: Tight staging area. Limited maneuvering space. Congested during busy times. Some reports of adequate dock space when not busy. Hours: Closed Saturdays. Closes at midnight. Opens 6am or 2:30pm depending on day. General Multiple drivers report this as worst facility experience in years of trucking. Most recommend canceling loads rather than delivering here. A small number of drivers (fewer than 5 reviews) reported fast turnarounds under 1 hour, suggesting inconsistent operations possibly tied to day of week or staff
